Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a skilled AI Automation Engineer for a prominent Saudi Arabia retail group. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI, RPA, and intelligent automation to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.

You will work across Finance, Commercial, HR, and Supply Chain, building scalable automation components and enabling GenAI-enabled workflows with robust monitoring and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Automation, or related field.
• 4+ years in software development, automation, or intelligent automation with production deployments.
• Hands-on RPA development with major platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong Python development for APIs, integrations, and automation utilities.
• Experience with ERP, web apps, databases, REST APIs, and authentication.
• Knowledge of OCR, workflow orchestration, and bot monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support RPA initiatives end-to-end.
• Build attended and unattended automations using leading RPA platforms.
• Translate SOPs into robust automation workflows and components.
• Integrate bots with ERP, web apps, databases, APIs, and OCR solutions.
• Design resilient automation with error handling, audit trails, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other teams to deliver automation.
