Job summary

Anotech in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Technical Head – AI Data Center Infrastructure to lead end-to-end engineering for next-generation AI data centers. This senior role requires 15+ years in data centers and critical infrastructure, with deep expertise in electrical, mechanical, and digital systems, and a proven track record in hyperscale delivery.

On-site leadership and stakeholder coordination are essential for managing complex capital programs and drive across the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 15+ years of professional engineering and project management in data centers and critical infrastructure.
Deep expertise across electrical power distributions, HVAC/mechanical cooling, and digital systems.
Proven leadership of large engineering teams and complex capital projects.
Experience with hyperscale data center design, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale AI data center projects in Saudi Arabia.
Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and digital systems design and construction.
Oversee high-density power, cooling, and electrical distribution architectures for AI workloads.
Ensure integration of BMS/DCIM and rigorous QA/QC protocols.
Mentor senior engineers and project managers within governance frameworks.
