Job Purpose

The Lead Engineer, AI & Machine Learning plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics strategy. This position is responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership on all aspects of AI/ML architecture, initiatives, and the integration of advanced technologies to drive operational excellence. The Lead Engineer works closely with business stakeholders, engineers, IT professionals, and cross‑functional teams to ensure that AI and ML efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Key Accountabilities

• Designing and developing AI and machine learning solutions that support business requirements and operational efficiency
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand AI/ML needs and develop solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Defining and implementing governance processes to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of AI‑driven systems
• Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance AI and ML practices
