Job summary

You will collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure AI products. Arabic proficiency is preferred for Arabic AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on AI/ML/data engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building and deploying generative AI or LLM-based apps.
• Hands-on with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI models via APIs and software applications.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build generative AI applications using large language models and modern AI platforms.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation solutions using enterprise data and vector search.
• Create AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and intelligent agents.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise apps via REST APIs and other methods.
• Prepare and analyze data for AI applications.
• Develop prompt strategies and evaluation processes for robust AI use.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search technologies.
• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, security, and cost efficiency.
• Fine-tune ML/LLM models when required.
• Develop reusable APIs and components for organization-wide AI capabilities.
• Monitor and improve deployed AI applications.
