Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
• Create new and unique dishes inspired by traditional Pakistani cuisine
• Ensure high quality and consistent taste of all dishes served
• Develop menus that cater to different dietary restrictions and preferences
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials
• Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu development

Chef de Cuisine

We are a high-end restaurant located in Mecca, seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team. As the head chef of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus that showcase the best of Pakistani cuisine in a modern and elevated way. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to make their mark in the culinary world while working in one of the most vibrant cities in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
• Create new and unique dishes inspired by traditional Pakistani cuisine
• Ensure high quality and consistent taste of all dishes served
• Develop menus that cater to different dietary restrictions and preferences
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials
• Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu development

Requirements

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, plus bonuses based on performance.
