Executive Chef job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Position: Executive Chef

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1800 SAR/monthly

We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. As the Executive Chef, you will lead and manage our kitchen staff and be responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service.

Your primary responsibility is to create menus that will satisfy our customers while maintaining excellent quality standards. You must also ensure that all food safety procedures are followed and that food is prepared in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to develop recipes, create cost estimates for ingredients, manage inventory, develop new menus and collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet customer needs.

You should have experience working in a professional kitchen setting as well as knowledge of modern cooking techniques such as sous vide and molecular gastronomy. In addition, you should possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate their team members as well as handle customer complaints efficiently.
