Job summary

PPOAR in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, plan menus, organize staff, and ensure the highest quality food is produced.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in high-volume kitchens, a proven track record of creating innovative dishes, knowledge of international cuisine, and strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with staff and customers.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become part of a world-class culinary team, and we are very excited to make it available to the right candidate!

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, organizing the kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality food is produced. You will also be responsible for creating new dishes and improving existing ones. You must have excellent knowledge of global cuisines and be able to work with different ingredients. Additionally, you must have excellent management skills in order to ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 5 years' experience as a chef in high volume kitchens;
• Proven track record of creating innovative dishes;
• Knowledge of international cuisine;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
