Rawaj-HCM is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer growth across its Saudi e-commerce and retail distribution platforms. You will own the P&L, lead digital transformation, and unify commercial performance, supply chain, and customer experience across all channels.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in retail/e-commerce leadership, a proven record as a CEO or senior executive, and deep knowledge of Saudi market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, consumer goods, or a related industry.
• Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or senior executive leading a sizeable business or multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and P&L performance.
• Strong experience across e-commerce and retail distribution, ideally covering both digital and traditional sales channels.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi retail market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Proven expertise in commercial strategy, sales leadership, marketing, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Experience leading digital transformation, e-commerce growth initiatives, and technology-enabled business improvements.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
