Job summary

Soum is seeking a hands-on leader to own the end-to-end car operations journey in a fast-growing marketplace. You will lead the Cars Operations team, ensure clear processes, and drive performance metrics while collaborating with Sales, Supply, Data, and Finance to meet service levels.

Ideal candidates bring experience in automotive/marketplace operations, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Arabic and English to manage diverse stakeholders and scale the operation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational car journey and ensure smooth execution across all stages.
• Lead the Cars Operations team across functions and locations.
• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards; identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance and other teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.
