Job summary

Soum is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the Cars journey in Riyadh to manage day-to-day vehicle movements, ensuring timely transfers between locations and smooth operations across the fleet.

The candidate will coordinate with drivers, inspectors, showrooms, and the Operations team, track movements, and resolve delays promptly while maintaining accurate records of all transport activities. Prior logistics experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or a related role.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle movements and requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities are essential.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh and local transportation/logistics operations is preferred.

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day logistics of vehicles across the Cars journey, ensuring cars are moved between locations smoothly and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, fleet operations, or a similar operational role
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle movements and requests at the same time
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of Riyadh and transportation/logistics operations
• Automotive or fleet experience is a plus
