Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dammam. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, Construction, and heavy industrial sectors, as well as expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and materials. The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities in line with company growth targets. The Business Development Manager will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and aligning business development activities with overall company objectives.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within industrial services, material supply, or related sectors.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic plans to expand market share.
• Solid understanding of Oil & Gas, Construction, or heavy industrial project lifecycles, including material supply, equipment rental, and logistics operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital tools for reporting and pipeline management.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dammam and travel within Saudi Arabia for client visits and site meetings as needed.
