Job summary

Rubix is seeking an Associate Consultant to join our ERP practice, focusing on ERPNext/Stride and other ERP systems to support business processes and drive performance improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with external ERP support, and contribute to ERP-driven transformation projects across finance, HR, and project management domains.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer ERP systems, configure modules, manage users.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with external support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Stride, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of ERP troubleshooting, configuration, and user management.

Experience in coordinating with external ERP support teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

Familiarity with business processes such as finance, HR, and project management.

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Strong training and communication skills to support end users.

Knowledge of database management and system customization (preferred).

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
