Job summary

Rubix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an ERP Administrator to manage ERPNext and Stride, troubleshoot and configure systems, and support end users across finance, HR, and project management.

You will coordinate with external ERP providers, analyze performance, implement improvements, and help scale regional operations with strong training and collaboration. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext, Stride, or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP troubleshooting, configuration, and user management.
• Experience coordinating with external ERP support teams for issue resolution and system improvements.
• Familiarity with business processes such as finance, HR, and project management.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
• Strong training and communication skills to support end users.
• Knowledge of database management and system customization (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
