Job summary

Devoteam seeks an experienced BPM professional with at least 5 years in operational improvement projects. You will map, model, and optimize business processes, engage stakeholders, and apply BPM techniques to deliver measurable performance gains. Collaboration across cross-functional teams is essential to drive change and sustain improvements.

The role belongs to the Strategy & Transformation unit at a mid level, focusing on process performance and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of process performance measurement and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with BPM tools, particularly ARIS.
• Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes to meet strategic objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: conduct interviews and workshops to map existing processes.
• BPM Techniques Application: apply BPMN 2.0, business rule definition, data use analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Process Analysis and Design: map As-Is processes and structure hierarchies of processes.
• Process Improvement: define KPIs and identify bottlenecks for redesign.
• BPM Tool Expertise: use ARIS, Bizagi, Signavio, iServer, or Bizzdesign to create/process models.
• Root Cause Analysis: identify cost, quality, and efficiency issues and propose solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: document policies and create process manuals for continuity.
