Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, and optimize enterprise BPM solutions. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to automate processes using Oracle BPM Suite and related Oracle technologies.

The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, plus hands-on experience in integration, development, and support across BPM, SOA, and EBS/Fusion environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field required.
• Oracle BPM and/or Oracle SOA certifications preferred.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy BPM solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.
• Configure BPM workflows, human tasks, business rules, and process orchestration.
• Integrate BPM apps with enterprise systems via REST/SOA services and APIs.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Gather requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders and document designs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with strong Arabic and English communication skills to support the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise business process management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, functional teams, and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM Suite and related Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities

BPM Solution Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy business process solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.
• Configure and implement BPM workflows, human tasks, business rules, and process orchestration.
• Build reusable components and services to support enterprise workflows.
• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and technical assessments.

Integration & Technical Development

• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems through REST/SOA services, APIs, and middleware components.
• Develop service interfaces and process integrations using Oracle SOA Suite.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL objects as required.
• Support integration with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party platforms.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 production support for BPM applications.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and technical discussions in both Arabic and English.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with business users during UAT and production deployment activities.

• Experience working with Arabic-speaking business users and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
