Job summary

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. is seeking a BPM/Process Improvement professional to analyze end-to-end processes, lead discovery sessions with stakeholders, and design optimized As-Is and To-Be workflows using BPMN 2.0.

You will develop and maintain process models, apply Lean and Six Sigma where appropriate, and ensure documentation is accurate and governed. A strong background in insurance operations and hands-on modelling with ARIS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in business process management & process improvement.
• Hands-on experience in business process modelling and analysis tools (ARIS preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process discovery and documentation sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Design and document optimized As-Is and To-Be processes in accordance with BPM standards.
• Develop and maintain process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Utilize ARIS or equivalent BPM platforms for process modelling and documentation.
• Ensure process models, procedures and related documentation are accurate, standardized and governed.
