Job summary

Systems Arabia in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Business Process Architecture Manager to establish and govern enterprise-wide process architecture frameworks, driving standardization, efficiency and automation across wealth, asset management and capital markets domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in business process architecture, process engineering, business analysis, or operational transformation.
• Strong experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operating environments.
• Proven ability to document As-Is/To-Be processes, re-engineer workflows, and drive automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and govern enterprise-wide process architecture framework and process governance models.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to document, analyze, and optimize operational workflows and procedures.
• Document current-state As-Is processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and fragmented workflows.
• Design and implement future-state To-Be process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
• Lead process engineering and workflow optimization initiatives across functions.
• Translate manual activities into structured business requirements, user stories, and automation opportunities.
• Define and support governance of business analysis, process engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive process mapping and transformation initiatives across onboarding, trading operations, reconciliation, reporting, and investment servicing.

The role requires strong expertise in operational process mapping, process engineering, workflow optimization, and business transformation within Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Capital Markets environments.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable future-state operating models that drive operational excellence, process standardization, and automation opportunities.

Responsibilitie

• s.Proven expertise in documenting As-Is / To-Be process models, process re-engineering, workflow optimization, and operational transformation initiative
• s.Strong understanding of operational workflows across onboarding, trading operations, reconciliation, settlements, reporting, and investment servicing function
• s.Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and operational discovery exercise
• s.Demonstrated experience translating manual processes, operational inefficiencies, and legacy workflows into structured business requirements and automation opportunitie
• s.Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process governance frameworks, and process engineering best practice
• s.Experience working collaboratively with business, operations, product, and technology teams in enterprise-scale transformation initiative
• s.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skill
• s.Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or similar) is preferre
