Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with strong Arabic and English communication skills to support the design, development, implementation, integration and support of enterprise BPM solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to automate and optimize processes, model workflows in BPMN 2.0, and ensure robust integrations via REST and SOA with Oracle EBS and Fusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Oracle BPM and/or Oracle SOA certifications preferred.
• Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and deploy BPM solutions using Oracle BPM Suite.
• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOA services, APIs and middleware.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for BPM applications; troubleshoot workflow and performance issues; support upgrades and patches.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders; prepare technical design documents and deployment guides; assist in UAT and production deployment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with strong Arabic and English communication skills to support the design development implementation integration and support of enterprise business process management solutions The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders architects functional teams and technical teams to automate and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM Suite and related Oracle technologies

Key Responsibilities

• BPM Solution Development Implementation
• Design develop customize and deploy business process solutions using Oracle BPM Suite Configure and implement BPM workflows human tasks business rules and process orchestration Develop process models using BPMN 2 0 standards Build reusable components and services to support enterprise workflows Participate in solution architecture design reviews and technical assessments
• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems through REST SOA services APIs and middleware components Develop service interfaces and process integrations using Oracle SOA Suite Develop and optimize SQL PLSQL objects as required Support integration with Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Applications and third-party platforms
• Provide L2 L3 production support for BPM applications Troubleshoot workflow integration and performance issues Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Support application upgrades patches and enhancements
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Arabic-speaking stakeholders Conduct workshops and technical discussions in both Arabic and English Prepare technical design documents deployment guides and operational manuals Collaborate with business users during UAT and production deployment activities

Experience Requirements

• 8 years of overall IT experience
• 5 years of hands‑on Oracle BPM development experience
• Proven experience in workflow automation and process digitization projects
• Experience within Banking Financial Services or large enterprise environments is highly desirable
• Experience working with Arabic-speaking business users and stakeholders
