Job summary

Egis in Riyadh seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead development, coordination, and optimization of Building Information Models across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance with project specifications and Saudi building codes.

You will establish BIM standards, drive clash resolution between structural, MEP, and architectural systems, generate technical drawings and visuals, and mentor junior team members while advancing BIM best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM coordination experience in AEC industry.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models with industry standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead clash detection between structural, MEP, and architectural systems and coordinate solutions.
• Establish and enforce BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors to ensure model accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Generate technical drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models.
• Perform QA reviews to verify compliance with specs and codes.
• Manage model coordination meetings and track issues.
• Mentor junior BIM coordinators and promote BIM best practices.
• Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and integration workflows.
• Contribute to organizational BIM strategies and processes.
