Job summary
Bechtel seeks a Senior Digital Delivery Lead to manage BIM/GIS workflows in large-scale airport projects in Riyadh. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop information management plans, and oversee CDE governance to ensure integrated data delivery and asset handover.
The role requires advanced BIM/GIS tool proficiency, strong technical writing, and experience delivering automation initiatives across design and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 13–15 years of experience in BIM/GIS and digital delivery.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM–GIS interoperability concepts.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a digital delivery workstream on large, complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement EIR, AIR, and BIM Management Plan to meet information delivery goals.
- Define CDE workflows, data standards, and governance for BIM/GIS data.
- Create dashboards to monitor BIM/GIS use-cases across design, construction, and planning.
- Conduct site visits and deliver training on BIM and GIS processes and tools.
- Produce documentation, templates, and guidance to standardize workflows.
