Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a BIM/GIS Engineer to support the implementation and management of BIM and GIS during construction supervision of major developments. You will maintain accurate digital models and geospatial data, coordinating disciplines and ensuring compliance with BIM/GIS standards.
The role includes coordinating models, managing GIS data, information management in the CDE, and QA. You will support site supervision teams and stakeholder coordination to deliver timely digital
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years in BIM, GIS, or information management.
- Experience on large construction or site supervision projects (5+ years).
- Experience with large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities
- Review BIM models for completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes.
- Maintain federated BIM models throughout construction lifecycle.
- Verify incorporation of approved design changes into BIM models.
- Process, update, and validate GIS data and deliverables.
- Support information exchange among consultants, contractors, and supervision teams.
