Job summary

Bechtel seeks an experienced BIM/GIS Delivery Lead to guide information management and digital delivery on major airport projects in the GCC. You will drive standards for BIM and GIS, oversee CDE deployment, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable information workflows.

You will develop BEP/RFP support artifacts, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with Customer requirements while leveraging Bechtel's Total Rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and 13–15 years of relevant experience with at least 7+ years in BIM/GIS and digital delivery.
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering BIM/GIS in large-scale projects; excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles and ability to develop BIM–GIS interoperability strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a digital delivery workstream and manage activities on large, complex projects.
• Develop EIR, AIR, BEP, and BIM Management Plan to meet information delivery objectives.
• Maintain CDE, information workflows, and data governance across BIM/GIS processes.
• Define project dashboards to monitor BIM/GIS use-cases and geospatial coordination.
• Provide training for project teams on BIM and GIS processes and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation, templates, and data standards for BIM/GIS workflows.
