Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a BIM Lead – 4D to develop the digital vision and implement the end-to-end Project Information Management strategy for aviation projects in Riyadh. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or MS in Engineering with extensive project delivery experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in BIM/CAD leadership on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in 4D planning tools and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models and schedules.
• Lead the 4D sequencing program linking BIM to project timelines.
• Coordinate BIM activities across design and construction teams.
• Guide training and adoption of BIM standards and CDE tools.
• Provide reports and senior leadership updates on BIM status.
