Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geomatics, GIS, civil engineering, architecture, IT, surveying or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with BIM and GIS in major infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience integrating BIM and GIS information and coordinating model data.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and GIS coordination across multidisciplinary project workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated BIM and GIS data environments.
• Coordinate engineering models, spatial datasets, asset information, and survey records.
• Ensure BIM/GIS data are georeferenced and aligned with coordinate systems.
• Manage spatial databases, GIS layers, metadata, and asset information.
• Develop GIS maps, dashboards, and visualization products for management.
• Federate multidisciplinary BIM models and coordinate with GIS datasets.
• Identify spatial conflicts and support clash detection across BIM and GIS.
