Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a BIM/GIS Engineer to support BIM and GIS processes across construction supervision projects. You will maintain accurate digital models, support multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure data compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities include model review, clash detection, federated model maintenance, and integration of GIS data with BIM. Saudi Arabia-based, you will work with project teams to deliver high-quality digital information and support site supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, geomatics, GIS, surveying or related field.
• Professional BIM/GIS certification is preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArcGIS or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CDE and information management systems is advantageous.
• Membership in a recognized professional BIM/GIS body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BIM models for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and identify clashes and constructability issues.
• Maintain federated models throughout construction lifecycle.
• Verify design changes are reflected in BIM models.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely deliveries.
• Prepare BIM/GIS deliverables and support site supervision teams.
