Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior BIM/GIS Manager to lead digital delivery on major building and hospitality projects. You will set BIM/GIS standards, supervise model coordination, and oversee information management to support on-site decision making.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure data quality, and drive CDE governance with GIS-based analysis and reporting for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher education in a relevant field and professional certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience in BIM/GIS across large construction or site supervision projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, GIS data management, and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/GIS implementation and coordination across projects.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) and information workflows.
• Coordinate model reviews and multidisciplinary coordination sessions.
• Ensure data quality, standards compliance, and timely deliverables.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and GIS specialists.
