Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a senior BIM/GIS Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead the digital delivery for major building and hospitality developments. You will steer BIM and GIS implementation, ensure model coordination across disciplines, and manage information workflows and standards.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, supervise CDE processes, and drive data quality, reporting, and compliance throughout design and construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in BIM, GIS, or information management.
• 7+ years leading BIM/GIS on major construction or site supervision projects.
• Experience with large buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
• Proven model coordination and CDE management experience.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM management: BEP development, standards compliance, and coordination.
• Oversee GIS databases, data integration, and spatial analysis.
• Manage CDE platforms, document and model control, and workflows.
• Coordinate digital reviews, clashes, and constructability checks.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and GIS specialists; report to clients.
