Job summary

Bechtel Jubail site seeks a Senior BIM Specialist - BIM Lead to implement BIM processes, manage cross-functional collaboration, BEP compliance, 4D/5D workflows, and drive innovative practices on the project.

You'll oversee model development, CDE governance, 3D/2D deliverables quality, and coordination among design subcontractors, EPC teams, and RC/Bechtel stakeholders. Travel to sites as needed; mentoring BIM coordinators is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–13 years of BIM/CAD or related tech in design and construction, or 14–17 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain BIM/tech to engineers and constructors.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D; familiarity with CDE platforms (ProjectWise, BIM360).

Responsibilities

• Develop and review the project BIM strategy, BEP, and BEP compliance.
• Coordinate BIM activities across design subcontractors and teams.
• Provide BIM production support and manage CDE, model federation, and clash control.
• Maintain standardized BIM workflows and health checks against project requirements.
• Lead training on CDE (ProjectWise) and BIM workflows for project delivery teams.
• Develop interoperability workflows between BIM/CAD and GIS for construction, safety, and permitting.
