Job summary

slihrms seeks a BIM/GIS Manager to lead the implementation, management, and integration of BIM and GIS across the construction supervision phase of major building and hospitality developments. The role ensures digital project delivery, model coordination, information management, and compliance with BIM/GIS standards to support informed decision‑making and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in BIM or GIS.
• Professional BIM/GIS certification desirable.
• Autodesk BIM or Esri GIS certification preferred.
• Membership in professional engineering/GIS organizations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans per client requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews and approvals.
• Maintain model quality, data accuracy, and change management.
• Build and maintain BIM/GIS databases and interfaces.
• Coordinate CDE platforms and document control.
• Produce weekly and monthly BIM/GIS reports.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and GIS specialists.
