Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks a BIM GIS Manager to lead the integration of BIM and GIS across construction supervision for major building and hospitality developments. The role ensures effective digital delivery, standards compliance, information management, and data integration to support informed decision-making.

You will develop BEP, oversee CDE platforms, coordinate with client representatives and consultants, and drive model coordination, data quality, and GIS databases for ongoing project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in BIM Management, Digital Engineering, GIS, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in BIM, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Information Management highly desirable.
• Autodesk BIM solutions and Esri GIS platforms certifications preferred.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering, BIM, or GIS organization advantageous.
• 12–15 years of professional BIM/GIS experience; 7+ years in managing BIM/GIS on large projects.
• Proven experience on large-scale buildings, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management, and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM Management: BEP development, compliance monitoring, and model coordination.
• Lead GIS Management: maintain GIS databases and integrate geospatial data.
• Oversee digital coordination and information management across CDE platforms.
• Ensure QA/QC of BIM/GIS deliverables and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with client reps, consultants, and contractors, facilitating workshops.
• Mentor BIM coordinators and GIS specialists on project teams.
• Prepare reports on BIM implementation, GIS activity, and delivery performance.
