The successful candidate will handle inquiries related to training and membership services, prepare proposals, and support procurement processes. Occasional travel across Saudi Arabia is expected to meet clients and coordinate their training.

Qualifications

• About 5 years of relevant experience in sales in a support capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in proposal preparation, invoicing, and coordination with clients.
• Familiarity with procurement and customer portal processes in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel across the kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries related to training, recognition, and membership services.
• Prepare, update, and maintain standard proposals in both English and Arabic.
• Coordinate regional visits and arrange client meetings.
• Review and proofread marketing materials related to training programmes.
• Support procurement-related and administrative processes.
• Set up customer accounts within the internal invoicing system.
