Job summary

Roche in Saudi Arabia seeks a operations and internal communications specialist to bridge Access Finance, Portfolio and Corporate Communications. You will ensure cross‑functional workflows, governance, and bilingual workplace messaging.

Responsibilities include drafting and translating announcements in Arabic and English, managing intranet/SharePoint/Teams channels, planning town halls and events, overseeing contract workflows, supporting procurement dashboards, and maintaining digital knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, English Literature or HR.
2–4 years of experience in business operations, corporate administration, or internal communications.
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

Draft, refine and translate internal announcements in Arabic and English.
Manage internal communications channels including intranet portals, SharePoint hubs and MS Teams channels.
Plan and execute town halls, team-building events and internal gatherings.
Draft standard contracts and vendor agreements using templates; coordinate feedback and digital signature routing.
Support financial and operational tracking: purchase requests, dashboards and compliance for engagements and payments.
Organize digital knowledge systems (SharePoint, Confluence) to keep materials accessible and up‑to‑date.
Provide executive and meeting support: schedule complex meetings, capture action items and track follow‑ups.
