Skyworth Group is seeking a proactive Market Assistant to support marketing operations in Saudi Arabia. You will work with the local team on retailer training, content localization, social media support, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, familiar with the Saudi market, and able to translate frontline insights into actionable input for the team.

Qualifications

• Languages: Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience: Prior experience in marketing, retail, consumer electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Background: Experience in sales associate training, social media operations, or marketing campaign execution is a plus.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market and local culture, with strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Mindset: A self-starter who is responsible, proactive, and able to drive tasks independently to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales associate training, including the preparation, translation, and localization of training materials such as product highlights and sales scripts.
• Translate and localize marketing assets between Arabic and English (and Chinese when needed), including product collateral, posters, POSM, training materials, and promotional content.
• Assist with social media operations by organizing product images, videos, copywriting, and other marketing assets.
• Support the execution and follow-up of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Collect, organize, and report frontline feedback on the market, competitors, and sales associates.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the Marketing Lead.
