Confidential is seeking a Hands-on senior marketing leader to own the Saudi Arabia market end to end. You will shape strategy, plans, budgets and the team to elevate the brand's premium position in KSA and drive accelerated growth.

You will localize global brand platforms for Saudi customers, lead influencer programs, manage partnerships and ensure compliant campaigns. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a track record in luxury or premium consumer brands, are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing, incl. 4+ years leading marketing for a market or brand in KSA.
• Background in consumer e-commerce, premium retail, luxury, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or hospitality.
• Proven experience building premium or luxury brand position in the Gulf.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Master’s degree an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Strategy and planning: Build the annual KSA marketing plan; deliver the global 360 plan; local calendar; review performance weekly.
• Brand and awareness: Grow premium segment metrics; localise campaigns; manage influencer programs; ensure Arabic creative.
• Partnerships and activation: Own local partnerships and offline activations; set KPIs and measure results.
• Budget and governance: Own KSA marketing budget; write campaign briefs with clear objectives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team leadership: Hire, develop and retain a KSA marketing team; manage agencies and timelines.
