Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement platforms including ETIMAD, ARIBA, ORACLE, and similar portals.
• Handle pre-qualification requirements, documentation, licenses, and dates.
• Search for and identify tenders relevant to JLL's scope and support BD efforts.
• Coordinate the purchase of RFPs and distribute to relevant teams.
• Manage bid lines and timeframes to ensure on-time submissions.
• Collaborate with finance and legal to gather bid information.
• Submit queries and download responses from clients during tendering.
• Prepare and submit proposals in dual language as required.
• Ensure BAFO/LAFO documents are submitted when required.
• Maintain a bid submission tracker and analyze success rates.
