Responsibilities

• Manage procurement platforms and end-to-end bid operations.
• Coordinate with finance and legal for bid information and BAFO/LAFO as required.
• Identify relevant tenders and communicate RFPs to teams.
• Prepare and submit proposals in dual language as required by tender documents.
• Maintain bid submission trackers and analyze success rates.
• Support business development with tender documentation and client presentations.
• Assist with payment processes by submitting certificates and invoices.
