Job summary

CTS Group in Riyadh seeks a Senior Bid & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end bid strategy, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiations for large-scale construction projects.

You will partner with commercial, engineering, and project teams to convert opportunities into compliant, profitable contracts while upholding policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bids and procurement on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

What You'll Do

You will lead bid strategy and preparation, manage supplier and subcontractor sourcing and negotiation, and ensure procurement supports project cost, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with commercial, engineering, and project teams to turn opportunities into won, deliverable contracts.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead the end-to-end bid process: strategy, planning, preparation, and submission
• Develop competitive, compliant proposals aligned with client requirements
• Drive supplier and subcontractor sourcing, prequalification, and evaluation

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related field, with strong experience leading bids and procurement on large-scale construction or industrial projects. You are a sharp negotiator and commercial strategist.
