Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (coffee bags, equipment, etc.) as needed.
• Familiarity with cash register and basic math skills for handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and adhering to our standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee preparation and serving stations
• Assist in the creation of a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers by engaging with them and ensuring their satisfaction
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in good working condition
• Make orders for items to make beverages
