Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, team motivation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-cultural, 5-star kitchen environment.
• Strong fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Banquet department.
• Ensure daily operation and maintenance of banquet FF&E and OSE.
• Link cuisine and entertainment to guest delivery; manage staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Plan and coordinate events, including external catering, with a service-driven focus.
• Drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain HACCP or similar safety certificates and manage POS systems.
