Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily banquet operations and events to ensure service standards are met
• Train and develop the banquet team on operating standards and guest service
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance across the department
• Coordinate with F&B and events teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to achieve service and financial targets
• Ensure accurate BEOs, billing, and smooth event handovers to the team
