Job summary

Apex Industrial Services in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and streamline orders.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate with procurement, logistics and finance, maintain ERP/CRM records, and generate sales reports. A degree in business and 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, PPE or industrial supplies are preferred, with strong English and Arabic helpful.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
• Experience in B2B sales, PPE, or industrial supplies is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports and support process improvements.
