Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an Automated Operations Engineer for Core Networks in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale CS, PS, and ITSC networks, ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering required.
• 2–3 years experience in core networks.
• Hands-on experience with MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, IMS nodes and related platforms to support monitoring and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration changes and troubleshoot MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC, UDM (CUDB, HSS, HLR), and IMS nodes.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve monitoring capabilities and first-level troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Manage fault handling activities and TT management to meet SLAs.
• Support and coordinate Change Requests (CR) implementations.
• Drive timely incident resolution and recovery within SLA targets.
