Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven track record leading large teams and complex guest-facing operations.
• Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the attraction, ensuring smooth execution and high guest service.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and inventory to meet financial goals while maintaining service standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures; monitor compliance and safety.
• Partner with Attractions GM and other managers to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
