Job summary

SEVEN is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the Attraction offering. You will supervise procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, ensuring safety, compliance, and superior guest service.

The role requires strong leadership of a large team, driving efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement while collaborating with the Attractions GM to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offering.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Manage procurement and inventory to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for the attraction.
• Lead efforts to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
