Job summary

SEVEN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the attraction, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards. You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, while ensuring compliance with safety and financial targets.

You will manage a large team, collaborate with the Attractions GM and other departments, and drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations in a guest-facing environment.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the attraction and ensure smooth, efficient services.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling and business planning.
• Manage risk, safety, governance and compliance within SEVEN’s standards.
• Direct recruitment, training and performance management of the team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support operations.
• Provide regular financial reports and optimize resource allocation.
