Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management within entertainment or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the offering, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor relationships to meet targets.
• Lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor costs to align with the budget.
