Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Projects is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the guest-facing team on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and the highest guest service standards during the assigned shift. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment settings and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will manage staff, oversee safety protocols, coordinate with the Attractions Manager and operations, and maintain documentation and reporting to drive guest

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in guest-facing environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with team management ability.
• Proven track record delivering excellent guest service and handling guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team during the assigned shift, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Monitor and oversee all on-floor operations, guest services, and safety protocols.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate shift records, attendance, incidents, and prepare shift reports.
• Promote a culture of guest service excellence and lead by example.
• Adhere to Service Level Standards and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
