You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, while guiding a diverse team to meet guest expectations and financial targets in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management preferred.
• 10+ years of operations management experience in entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven leadership of large teams and guest-facing operations.
• Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the offering, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimum coverage and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement for the attraction.
• Monitor and report financial performance, including budgets and variances.
• Lead guest experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and enforce safety and governance policies.
