Synechron seeks a Service Delivery Manager (Cards & Payments) to lead end-to-end service delivery for payment applications in Riyadh. You will coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure SLA/KPI compliance and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes incident/change management, production monitoring, and continuous improvement within a large financial services environment. Fluent Arabic is preferred. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT service delivery or application management.
• Strong knowledge of Cards & Payments systems and related platforms.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, and audit aspects in payments.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for Cards & Payments applications and platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and operational excellence.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities for critical payment systems.
• Monitor production environments and ensure high availability of payment services.
• Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct service review meetings and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Manage regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements related to payment operations.
• Support project transitions, releases, upgrades, and production deployments.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Production Support, or Application Management.
• Strong knowledge ofCards & Payments systems,
• Card Issuing & Acquiring
• Visa, Mastercard and other payment schemes
• Payment Switches
• ATM/POS Transaction Processing
• ISO 8583 Messaging
• Experience with payment platforms such as Postilion, BASE24, SmartVista, PRIME, Way4, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management).
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
