The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on ATM software experience, with strong knowledge of transaction processing, switch management, and security standards. Onsite work in Riyadh is a must.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and networks.
• Experience with banking technology infrastructure and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.
• Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime.
• Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Collaborate with banking and IT teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct testing and QA checks on ATM configurations and updates.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.
• Ensure ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
